• This course will introduce participants to the basic skills of cake decorating and sugar art. You will be shown techniques related to tools and equipment, covering a cake using icing, use of modelling paste and basic piping with royal icing. • In this session we will be exploring different painting techniques useful to execute a still life painting. We will explore acrylic and oil paints and how they play out of a canvas.
